Don's has been recognized in the past by many prodigious  organizations for our reputation for providing quality work. As a result we have been qualified to receive many affiliations that can be of great benefit to our Customers.  Here are just a few of the benefits our customers can receive.

 

 

 Don's is a Certified Napa Autocare Center. This can provide our traveling customer's piece of mind because all work using Napa parts carries a 12 month or 12,000 mile Nationwide warranty.  If a problem should occur with a Napa part installed at our shop and you are over 25 miles away - all you have to do simply call 1-800-LET-NAPA and they will direct  you to another Napa Autocare Center for a no charge repair!

                                                                             

We are also a AAA Approved Auto Repair Center.  Again a very strict set of rules and conditions had to be met and as a result Don's is the preferred shop for AAA members. Any AAA member who has a break down in this area will be directed to our shop.  This also allows our AAA customers to enjoy a $3.00 discount off oil changes and 5% off any other repair.

 

Don's is Terre Haute's only Bosch Authorized Service Center.  This means that we have passed the very stringent requirements set forth by the Robert Bosch Corporation in regard to the repairing of European vehicles.  This allows us to participate in special Bosch Training for our Technicians and to purchase specific Bosch testing equipment for our shop. Don's can repair your European auto with the same expertise and finesse as factory trained mechanics.  

 

Don's is also a  Delco TSS Center. What this means is we are allowed  to participate in the same training and use the same test equipment as your local General Motors Dealers. This means at Don's,  we have the factory supported technology and training to repair any General Motors product on the road today.
