I took my Dodge Ram in last week for a wheel alignment and they checked many other things including routine maintenance which I wasn't aware I had missed. Harrison explained everything to me and told me what should be done immediately and what could reasonably wait. I just had it all done. I'm so glad I did as I can't believe the difference in the way my truck runs! It idles better, it runs better and it shifts better. All work was done when Harrison said it would be done and I was offered a ride home as a courtesy which I didn't need. And.....when I walk in the shop Harrison remembers my name which at least to me is VERY important. Very good customer service which is getting harder and harder to find these days.
