Don's provides excellent service at a reasonable cost. The courtesy shuttle is a great perk. Alex manages the service counter well and she maintains contact to keep customers apprised of the status of their service orders. The lot and waiting area are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this business!!!

My 2021 Ram 1500 Classic 4x4 got to a birthday party Sunday just as I parked my truck just it just shut down thought maybe the gas guage was not working correctly bt it also acted like the battery was dead so we replaced the battery no change really so we add 9 gal of gas no change so we had towed to Don's found out Monday the alternator was bad idol poly was bad and the belt came off really greatful they fixed it all on Monday thinking maybe not till later this week thanks you all so much Craig Sharp

Although the outside of this old car has been banged up, they keep the insides as fresh as possible. I make determinations about what I can or cannot do with this car based on their clinical feedback.

We asked them to change the flywheel in our car..it ran well but wouldnt move....they said it would be around 800 dollars.. they called back n said it was something else and it would only be 300$ . We asked that the old parts be returned to us. They called back and said they couldn't get it started and wanted to know if we knew why...then called back and said motor is blown. Ran fine before they got it. So we were going to send it to another shop for a second opinion. They tripled the bill to almost a 1000$ from the approved 300...now it won't run...they can't produce the parts taken off n replaced. Can't explain. Why work that was approved cost 300$ . Won't release vehicle...or itemized bill. How can this place get away with this kind of behavior. We had made an appointment for another vehicle to get checked out but I love my car and don't want to have a running vehicle to suddenly have a blown motor and be charged for unapproved "work" . Guess it's to court we go.

Angela, After reading your review I feel the need to respond and set the record straight. You have obviously gotten this information second hand from Andrew (since we have not spoken to you) and many things you have claimed are simply not true. First off the car was towed in for a clutch related issue. We found no resistance in the pedal indicating the hydraulic system had failed. We found that the slave cylinder (which is located outside the transmission) had failed and we could not tell you anything more about your clutch until this was replaced. An estimate for $321.65 was given and Andrew authorized this repair. It went fine and the pedal is now good. We then found that the car would not start. Simply cranked and cranked but would not run. Andrew was called and was told that additional time and money would be needed to diagnose why the car was a no start, which he approved. We had to perform a "de-flood" procedure a total of 3 times to get the engine running which takes a considerable amount of time. It now runs but due to the internal wear of the engine it was stated that an engine replacement would be needed down the road as the car will likely not start in cold weather as is often the case when the apex seals become worn in a rotary engine. To be clear the car does start for the time being and Andrew did authorize the time needed to get it running again. We then found the unfortunate news that indeed the clutch is also defective and will need the transmission removed for replacement of the clutch. The total bill was $686.05 not almost $1000.00 as you stated. My technician did hold on to the $87.98 slave cylinder for several weeks but Andrew did not come for the car until 30 days after it was completed so by then the part had been thrown in the trash. Because Andrew was so aggressive and angry at the counter I opted to cut the bill in 1/2 for a total due of $343.05. He essentially got the no start work at no charge as a customer goodwill gesture. Then this morning a tow driver showed up for the car but was not allowed to pick it up as the $343.05 is still due for the slave cylinder we have installed. You may come by for the itemized bill anytime and we will gladly release the car once the outstanding balance is taken care of. We always strive to treat people with honesty and integrity , this case is no different. Respectfully, Don
