Thankfully, Don's was able to diagnose the issue and fix it the very same day! That kind of turnaround is rare and very much appreciated. Alex manages the service counter well and she maintains contact to keep customers apprised of the status of their service orders. The lot and waiting area are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. My 2021 Ram 1500 Classic 4x4 got to a birthday party Sunday just as I parked my truck just it just shut down thought maybe the gas guage was not working correctly bt it also acted like the battery was dead so we replaced the battery no change really so we add 9 gal of gas no change so we had towed to Don's found out Monday the alternator was bad idol poly was bad and the belt came off really greatful they fixed it all on Monday thinking maybe not till later this week thanks you all so much Craig Sharp
