Very direct for problem discovery. Kept me informed on progress of repair. Really reasonable on price of repair. Maybe 5-6 hours for completion was able to pick up same day. I would use them for repairs again even driving about 60 miles to get there. Very happy with the service.

I am 70 years old and purchased a cola from their vending machine which sits on city sidewalk as I walked my dog because of a diabetic emergency and a drunk man came from house across street, approached me and said their machine is only for people getting their car worked on. I advised him of said emergency and asked if he is Don. He replied that he was Don's brother and for me to not come back

Pija, Sorry for your trouble but you have been misinformed. First I have no brother and secondly the Coke machine is outside to provide for anyone that wishes to use it. Truthfully the machine is owned by Coca Cola and not Don's Service Center. I am sorry that someone in the neighborhood who is not related in anyway to my business would have done this to you. I hope this changes your opinion of our business. Don

I won't take our cars anywhere else. They are clear, honest, and well-priced. They listen and don't treat you like an idiot. And if they know that someone else can do the job cheaper and still do it right (e.g., tricky exhaust work that they don't typically do), they will send you to them instead.
