Don's provides excellent service at a reasonable cost. The courtesy shuttle is a great perk. Alex manages the service counter well and she maintains contact to keep customers apprised of the status of their service orders. The lot and waiting area are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. My 2021 Ram 1500 Classic 4x4 got to a birthday party Sunday just as I parked my truck just it just shut down thought maybe the gas guage was not working correctly bt it also acted like the battery was dead so we replaced the battery no change really so we add 9 gal of gas no change so we had towed to Don's found out Monday the alternator was bad idol poly was bad and the belt came off really greatful they fixed it all on Monday thinking maybe not till later this week thanks you all so much Craig Sharp

Premier service and staff of Terre Haute! Im fortunate enough to have found Dons Service Center. As a corporate Fleet Manager Ive had my share of varying service locations throughout the state. I can attest that none of them are able to stand next to Dons crew. From their integrity, compassion and professionalism, its no wonder their lot is full of vehicles. This team is outstanding! Although the outside of this old car has been banged up, they keep the insides as fresh as possible. I make determinations about what I can or cannot do with this car based on their clinical feedback.

Traveling through Terre Haute, and have a mechanical failure that strands me. I have the vehicle towed to Don's overnight. The next morning, they had already assessed the situation, and had a couple of options for me. I rented a car and returned home. Even though they didn't receive any repair work from me, they found a salvage yard to buy the vehicle and took care of all the logistics of that transaction. They treated me professionally and promptly. I wish I had Don's in my town.

The staff always calls and informs me of any repairs needed before making the repairs. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family with total confidence that anybody I send will receive the same service I have over the years.

Very honest and got my truck in like they said they would. After testing the brake components they didn’t why I had brake fad and needed to see it happen before guessing. It gives me peace of mind that it was checked out professionally and is safe to drive. I have found Don’s Service to be the place I’ll take my truck issues.
