I left Fort Worth, TX on July 21, 2022. Early in the trip I started noticing that I was having some issues with my car. I was able to make it to Terre Haute that evening, but when I turned the car off at the hotel, the noise from under the hood was not normal(understatement). The next morning upon starting my car I realized I wasn't going anywhere. The person on my second call was not able to get me in but recommended Dons Service Center. I called Dons and talked with Jason, he acted like family, very concerned. He said they could look at the car when I got there. He offered to send a tow truck if the car was not driveable. Also, I had 2 teenaged granddaughters and a friend of theirs with me so I was quite stressed. Within 20 minutes Jason had an answer for me! It was a somewhat simple fix, but could have been much more serious. The cost was extremely reasonable! Just passing through, but treated like a lifetime customer! Thank you Jason and Dons Auto!
