I was just in a few weeks ago for a new tire and as (bad) luck would have it, I managed to get yet another foreign object in the sidewall of a tire. This time, it would have been a terrible idea to do any significant driving on it because the foreign object protruded enough to make driving rough. I was in a bind because my daughter had a doctor's appointment at 9:30 am the next day. I went to Master Car Care right when they opened at 7:00 and told them my issue. Immediately, a new tire was ordered and my spare was put on the car. When I left, the low pressure sensor came on. Even though I knew it was because I had a spare, I stopped to look at the tires and saw that the spare looked kind of low. I called and was told to come right back in. Not only was the spare aired up, the other three tires were checked too just in case....with a smile! No rolling eyes. No attitude. No problem. You made sure I got my daughter (and her sisters) to the appointment safe and on time. When the new tire arrived later that day it was put on in a matter of minutes with the same good cheer. Do you guys do warranty (not extended) work or regular prepaid maintenance on VW's? I can't believe I have lived within a quarter of a mile from you and didn't know how awesome you were! There are many types of service where honesty, value, and promptness are hard to come by....A/C repair, electrical repair, plumbing, and auto repair, to name a few. I've got the A/C service and now I have the auto repair. Know any plumbers or electricians who live by your standards? I'm all ears!

The night before I was supposed to bring my car in for service, my sisters car started giving her trouble. We were going to leave my car with you and use her car for errands the next day. She called you just before we took my car over and you were able to fit her in early. We waited about a half an hour and you had her car fixed and ready to go. While she was paying for her car my car was ready. Thank you for getting us in and out so quickly. And I even got to use my coupon. Thanks.

I am not accustomed to having pleasant car-care experiences. But coming to your facility was different. I came in with a problem tire and within 5 minutes of my arrival, there was a solution offered, a tire ordered, and a maintenance appointment set for the next day. When I came back, the work was complete in about 20 minutes. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much!
