I chose Master Car Care because of the reviews so I have to share mine. I needed front and rear brakes - I have a 2006 car in otherwise great shape. With older cars, sometimes the mechanic discovers all measure of things that should be replaced or repaired. They were honest and did not take advantage at all -"let's tighten that belt and see if it fixes the squeaking. If not, we'll replace it then." Service wasn't cheap but the estimate was fair and they did not add anything extra to drive up the price. Guys were kind and respectful. I would go there again.

My 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan sounded like it had a bucket of rusty bolts in the trunk. Unfortunately, it did not. But what it had was a busted shock absorber, a worn shock absorber, very little pad left on the rear brakes and the start of a leak in my transmission gasket. I was not pleased by the need for repairs, but exceptionally pleased with the very speedy manner in which the problems were diagnosed, a reasonable estimate was provided, and my vehicle repaired and ready to go well before the stated time later that afternoon. As a result, I will continue to bring my FOUR vehicles (Accord, Fit, Civic and Sienna) to Master Car Care for whatever they require in the way of maintenance and repair.

I was given first class treatment by the Body Shop Manager. I had a couple of questions regarding my car and he answered them and made me feel that I could trust Master Car Care and right at home. Take care of him - Great people skills
