My a/c wasn't working. It quit working so suddenly that I was afraid it might be the compressor or something else that was broken. They got me in the day after I called. I got the car there at about 8 a.m. Their shuttle, which is a free service, brought me home. About an hour later, they called and my car was ready. Service was great, as always.

I have been a 20 + year customer with Don's . I have had many different cars and trucks with various mechanical problems and only had one service related issue that was resolved immediately . The service is completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with any estimates made. No surprises or hidden fees here . I will continue to give Don's my scheduled maintenance along with any other mechanical issue that arise .

Very pleased with the service. Easy to work with and kept informed of progress. Went the extra mile. I had knee surgery, Mike ensured the car was delivered to my home, knowing I couldn’t drive at this time…. Repairs were done beyond expectations and no problems with car after repairs..
