My 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan sounded like it had a bucket of rusty bolts in the trunk. Unfortunately, it did not. But what it had was a busted shock absorber, a worn shock absorber, very little pad left on the rear brakes and the start of a leak in my transmission gasket. I was not pleased by the need for repairs, but exceptionally pleased with the very speedy manner in which the problems were diagnosed, a reasonable estimate was provided, and my vehicle repaired and ready to go well before the stated time later that afternoon. As a result, I will continue to bring my FOUR vehicles (Accord, Fit, Civic and Sienna) to Master Car Care for whatever they require in the way of maintenance and repair.

I was given first class treatment by the Body Shop Manager. I had a couple of questions regarding my car and he answered them and made me feel that I could trust Master Car Care and right at home. Take care of him - Great people skills

My experience was as always EXCELLENT! My oil was changed and the visor on the driver side was re-hung. These morning sun-in -the-face and afternoon sunsets were getting me down. I was oh, so tired of shiedling my eyes with my hannd while trying to drive a straight shift. THANKS!!!!
