The job took longer than they said it would, but they didn't charge me for the extra labor. They kept me informed with what they were doing to my car, they were always polite, and they explained things about my car I would want to keep an Ion but were not needing attention Immediately.

Again, BEST SERVICE SHOP around! Honest and friendly always! Major issues with my vehicle. They done an amazing job with diagnostic, and warranty claim for me. Even though claim was denied ( it was not their fault). They went above and beyond for me, and that is amazing!

Don’s Service Center is 100% amazing. I live almost three hours away from Terre Haute and Don’s Service Center helped me in making a decision about purchasing a Volkswagen. I was referred to them by a Toyota dealership and I’m so glad I called them first! They were understanding of my situation and being so far away. Everything worked out really smooth and all the guys I spoke to were super nice and respectful on the phone. Too bad I live so far otherwise this would be where I would go to service my vehicles!
