As a household of five car we would not think of taking our car anywhere else. Last night my wife was out shopping and called me because her car would not start, I called Master Car Care and Ruben answered the phone even though it was 6:45pm, I explained the situation to him and thought he would send a tow truck, but instead he came out in shirt and tie, found a blown fuse, replaced it and had us back on the road in no time. What other shop or dealer would do this and in a suit and tie no less. The cost of repair no charge. this is the least we can do to repay him. Thanks Ruben WE ARE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE

I am delighted that all I needed for my AC was the relay. Thanks a bunch. BUT I thought with oil change and filter that I was getting the free wiper blades. . . No biggie - I'll get 'em at the 100K service in a few months. I am VERY PLEASED with Master Car Care (under new mgt). I was a loyal fan back in the day that I owned my '89 Honda CRX.

I was told I needed brake repairs in excess of $600.00, Scott showed me that the brakes were not worn out and only needed adjusting, so when he advised me on some maintenance needs I trusted them.

I like getting my oil changes from a reputable shop. "Quick lubes" do not check for other problems. Master Car Care has been very responsive to my needs.
