I was very pleased with the service I was given. Besides that the customer service provided was also outstanding. They provided explanation of the service maintenance they performed and also matched it to the require service maintenance listing of the Infinity dealer. I requested to be dropped off after leaving my car for the services and also to be picked up after the service was completed. They did with no objections.

First time at Master Car Care, and I will definitely be back! The service was excellent and I was shocked when I came back and found that my car was in good shape and they didn't need to do anything to fix it. My experience is that car places always find something--but they checked everything I asked them to for the tune-up and said that all was good. I have found the place in my neighborhood that I will refer others to, and that I will use as my car care service. Thank you, Master Car Care!

JT is my go to guy and Master Auto is my go to place....but I will say that I think the check in area is so old and dirty looking The check in area needs to be remodeled.

great customer service. I showed up at 5pm on a Monday, they assessed my broken mirror (completely ripped off) and told me they would order the part and that they could fix it within 24 hours if I brought it back the next day. I came back the next day, dropped off the car early in the AM and they had a shuttle service take me home so that a friend could give me a ride to work. My car was ready by 4pm. The cost was originally $300, but I handed them a coupon I found online, and they accepted the coupon and the price ended up being closer to $200. They were very accommodating and I will definitely go back for any other car maintenance.
