I went in for an oil change and was greeted at the door by Mario, who got the information he needed concerning my car and gave me an estimated time wait. He had a clean A/C waiting room with magazines, tv and coffee and their restrooms very clean. I was actually out of there within 30 minutes. They also checked plugs, belts tires etc...at no charge. What I really liked was that once the oil change was completed, he called me to the office and briefly told me a few things my car needed and that I could have them taken care of there that same day or when I was ready. He did not try and force me to let him do the work immediately. I will be back. Thank you Mario and thank your work staff.

Busted radiator hose @ jobsite. Had to request wrecker svc and recommendations for service.

As a woman I have always felt uneasy about taking my car into the shop, while I am an educated woman men have a tendency of either talking down to me or talking to my boobs (they're not looking at my face), NOT at Master Car Care, they were perfect gentlemen with all of us that were there (women and men). I felt compelled to share this is very rare to find a business where we are treated with diginity and respect.

Master gave me a 3 year 36000 mile warranty, the dealer only gives me 12 months or 12000 miles. And Master is open on Saturdays what more could you ask for.
