My car got broken into and they busted my rear passenger window, I checked with other companies and theirs first available appointment was in 2 weeks. I called Car Master and they replaced the window in 2 hours.

I really appreciate your reliability and good service. However, everyone should get on the same page about the services you provide and their limitations. When I call in the evening about bringing in my car the next day, the person I spoke to offered the shuttle service to take me to work (without my asking about it). However, when I arrive in the morning, the impression I got is that it's a big inconvenience. Of course the shuttle can only go so far, but that should be made clear at the start and, once a destination is approved, don't make the customer feel like they're being a pain in the ass. Thanks!
