Our 2001 Suburban's AC failed recently and we hired MasterCarCare to repair it. It worked perfectly for 4,000 miles and then abruptly failed to cool. After thoroughly researching the problem, MCC gladly replaced the compressor and our AC is again working perfectly. And at no additional charge to us!

I had a new radiator and all hoses replaced. Two days later a hose came off and all water spilled and engine heated up. Tammy had a wrecker come to my office pick me and car up and reconnected hose and checked engine to make sure all was okay. Mastercar resolved the problem . I will always use mastercar -they stand behind their work .
