Honest guys to do business with
I needed an oil change and wanted to deal with someone in my new neighborhood. I dropped in at Master Car Care early Saturday afteroon and asked if I needed an appointment. Happily, they starrted work on my car within 10 minutes - I had a comfortable place to sit while they did the work - and they even put my new registration sticker on the window for me. I'll be back.

I recently went to Master Car Care in the Heights off Yale Street. I have had three major jobs done on a truck and a car. And so far the work jobs have been excellent. Now a tab pricey but I do recommend Master Car Care. They are in an excellent location and they have a family oriented type atmosphere. I really got great service from Mario Jordan a Service Mgr. So Master Car Care is defintely recommended check them out.

The only reason we can't give a full 5 stars is because they said the car would be finished at a given time, but it wasn't ready until later on that day (without any complications disclosed). Just a minor aggravation. But very helpful and very communicative otherwise.
Prompt, convenient and courteous service as always. Today was an oil change in the SUV. Yesterday the plastic wheel well liner was tacked up in the sports car.
I brought my VW passat in for a break and turning signal problem. The next day I went to pick-up my vehicle the brakes were reparied without a problem. However, the turning signal was not diagosed correctly. Ruben told me it was the relay. I paid for the relay and Ruben noted on my invoice that the labor for installing the relay will not be charged. Thank you.
I have stopped in here a few times for oil changes and to replace a headlight when I needed it for state inspection. They are always friendly and quick. I will keep taking my car there!
