I took my car here for the first time after seeing a review from Yelp.com. They immediately took care of my oil change! On a side note they offer 1 free service for your Birthday each year. Everyone was very nice and I will definately go back for future oil changes and other car repairs as they arise.
We found these guys about a year ago. We have had everything from oil changes, brakes, engine work, and even a windshield replaced. My favorite thing about them is they don't try to sell me things I don't need. For example, my brake rotors were severely warped on my F150. I took the truck in to have the rotors replaced. I expected them to suggest new brake pads because I had quite a few miles on the last set. They told me it wasn't necessary to have the pads replaced yet because they had plenty of wear left. I couldn't believe my ears. Honesty mechanic. Wow! I might also mention they have a pretty quick turn around on their work. And they have a shuttle service if you are getting major work done and don't have a ride. A+++
Excellent as always. The oil change was done quickly; and the diagnosis on the broken fuel door yielded good results. A new assembly will be ordered, and I can get into it for the time being. Thanks, Master Car Care!
I seemed to finally have found a shop that is efficient, honest and thourough. I have been taking my Infiniti to the Dealership for the past 2 years and finally got tired of basically making another car payment just to have it kept up! I took a chance on Mster Car Care- they did an "all points" inspection and only fixed/replaced what was "needed"! They kept in constant contact with me throughout the day and updated me on status. It was very comforting. And...saved me about $400! I'll be back!
This is the only place I ever experienced honest straight talk and not a bunch of high pressure sales gobleygook. They tell it like it is and let you make the choice on what to repair and when.
Even though the Heights are located in a big city, Master Car Care treats you like a small town neighbor, they know you by name and make you feel like family, and they give my dog treats (beggin strips).
