Thanks for the constructive comments. We have been on a multi-year improvement plan for the facility. Just this week, new 10ton hvac system installed in the office and 2 new 9000 lb capacity lifts installed in the shop for faster turnaround time.
I took my vehicle for a check up and was greeted very professionally. The gentlemen in the front office were very friendly and he had the mechanic take my car and look it over right away and within 30 minutes my car was repaired.
